养生豆腐汤圆佐花旗参枸杞红枣白木耳甜菊糖水

今天心血来潮,睡个午觉起身后直接到厨房弄了这款好好吃,嫩嫩滑滑的豆腐汤圆;其汤底就真的下足了材料。

每次想吃汤圆,一旦想到死板板的糖水就懒惰下手来做了。今天想到厨房还有白木耳,花旗参,红枣枸杞,那就来个大结合,没有想到是那么美味的。讲到花旗参,其实是一个解渴的好东西,每当口渴时候把它涎在嘴里不但可以解渴,还可以让口水一直分泌出来滋润口腔。这个汤底还有多出一种养生,吃了不怕血糖高升,身材变胖的材料,那就是甜菊【STEVIA】,它对糖尿病或低糖摄取者来说是一个可以代替白糖的好食材。这次我是用了某直销公司出产的甜菊粉,一小包含量是1克,在煮这个甜汤我只是用到5克就已经很好喝了。。。话不多说,食谱与做法就在以下。

汤圆食谱:

糯米粉 110克
有机盒装嫩豆腐 130克+ -

冰水一碗

做法:

  1. 将糯米粉放入钢碗内,然后直接把豆腐加入搓成光滑团状即可。
  2. 然后准备一张烘焙纸,把粉团分成小团再搓圆放在烘焙纸上备用。
  3. 烧开一锅沸水,用手指把汤圆稍微压扁后中间刺入后放入沸水里煮至汤圆浮起,然后立刻捞起放入预先准备的冰水内。
  4. 泡如冰水片刻后,捞起沥干备用。
汤底食谱:

A:
过滤清水 800 ml
泡软去籽红枣 10粒
清洗干净枸杞 1汤匙
泡软白木耳 2朵【稍微剪碎】
花旗参 15 - 20片【不需要洗净】

B:
甜菊粉 5克

做法:
  1. 将800ml清水烧开。
  2. 然后加入清洗干净及泡软的红枣,枸杞,白木耳和花旗参片加入烧开清水内,用中火煮沸约30分钟。
  3. 最后才把甜菊粉加入调味即可。
  4. 把煮熟汤圆装入碗里,再把糖水加入即可享用。
提示:
  • 如果买不到有机嫩豆腐,那可以用普通盒装能豆腐或者无糖豆浆代替。如果使用豆浆,不要一次将它加入糯米粉内,酌量的加入只可以搓成团状。
  • 将汤圆稍微压扁然后中间刺入凹洞是让它快速煮熟,要把它搓圆也可以。
  • 把汤圆放入冰水内不但可以达到Q软不粘牙的阶段,还可以立刻停止汤圆过度煮熟。
  • 要享用时候才把汤圆加入甜汤内可以避免汤圆在甜汤内糊掉。
  • 这个份量约做 30 - 35颗汤圆。
  • 如果不喜欢花旗参的苦甘味,那可以把份量减至5-10片。
  • 红枣去籽不但方便吃,还可减轻红枣籽带来的燥热。
  • 如果没有甜菊粉,可以用白糖,片糖来代替,份量就看您要吃多甜来调味。
  • 甜菊粉的味道是甜甘及一点点苦味的。
  • 如果有甜菊叶,那可以拿来煲成糖水后才把它适量的加入甜汤内。

简易西式马铃薯饼 EASY HASH BROWN


大家对这款马铃薯饼应该是不会陌生吧!这款好吃的马铃薯其实做法和材料都很简单咯,而且自制的也吃得比较安心。

您可以把它做成不同造型,只需需要准备制作西式曲奇饼的模具即可。而且此食谱是分2次炸法,第一次是烙煎,让它定型,然后再用热油把它炸到金黄色。

要让马铃薯饼较容易脱模,那就要用油涂在模具内部,才放入平底锅上,再舀入适量的马铃薯饼混合物,填满后用中小火慢煎至底部焦黄;再翻面煎,已经定型后即可脱模舀起备用。

当把所有马铃薯饼煎好后,即可热油,放入热油内煎炸至金黄色即可盛盘享用。

以下就是美味马铃薯饼的食谱:

去皮切碎的马铃薯 4颗
去皮切碎的大洋葱 1颗

面粉 2汤匙半
鸡蛋 1颗

盐 1 - 2 茶匙
胡椒粉 1小茶匙

做法:
  1. 将所有材料混合均匀,即可开始制作马铃薯饼。
  2. 做法可以看上面的解释。
提示:
  • 如果喜欢起司,那可以另加适量的起司粉或起司条。
  • 如果添加起司,那就把盐份去除。
  • 可以改用黑胡椒,会更加香。
  • 记得要把模子泡在油内,那才容易脱模。
  • 洋葱可以用紫色的或是白色的。
  • 把马铃薯舀入模子烙煎时候,不要舀入太多的汁液。
  • 第二次煎炸时候,确保食油是够热的,那炸出来的马铃薯饼才会外酥内软。
  • 添加鸡蛋和面粉是让马铃薯可以混合一起,在烙煎或炸的时候不宜散开。
  • 如果是素食者,那可以去除洋葱;然后把鸡蛋去除,面粉份量增加1 - 1汤匙半。

To confirm an order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the balance or agreed amount is required. This will secure your requested date and cake order. The outstanding balance is due no later than 5days ( fondant cake / cupcake ) / 3days ( normal fresh cream cake ) before collection/delivery.
If you wish to have alterations that affect the cost, after this date, the balance will be adjusted accordingly.
