2013年農曆新年曲奇餅 CNY COOKIES


 
農曆新年曲奇餅

美味QQ彈牙養身黑芝麻湯圓


 
這款湯圓真的好好吃,比想像中好吃很多。
不但彈牙,而且還是QQ的。
製作過程并不會很難,只需要耐心。。
所謂‘慢工出細貨’。
這湯圓材料也很簡單,只需要糯米粉和冷水就可以製作出來。
不需很多程序的。
 
此食譜是從Carol老師那裡得來的,
只是我在製作過程里,而外添加了大約兩湯匙的冷水,
不懂是大馬的天氣比較燥熱吧!糯米粉
也變成很干.........
至於,在最後過程我也添加了少許糯米粉來搓揉..
 
希望大家也可以做出這好吃的湯圓。
對了,我的黑芝麻餡是自己調的,
材料是,有機黑糯米粉、牛油及糖粉。
 
糖水材料則是:
糖腌冬瓜條、有機黑糖、桂花及清水。
大家也是可以自製糖水來配這湯圓的如;
甜薑水、桂花糖、龍眼湯、花生湯、紅豆湯等。。

VEGETARIAN / EGGLESS PINEAPPLE TART 無蛋黃梨塔

無蛋黃梨塔食譜是針對那些不攝取雞蛋或者吃素的朋友所編寫出來的,這款式的黃梨塔和【葷】或含蛋黃梨塔的分別是在於口感,此黃梨塔口感會類似餅乾那樣,缺少了酥脆的口感。而且也少了牛油香味。。。。。
 
THIS VEGETARIAN / EGGLESS PINEAPPLE TART IS SPEACIAL CREATED FOR WHO DOESN'T TAKING EGG OR WHO IS VEGETARIAN. AND, THIS KIND OF PINEAPPLE TART TASTE AND TEXTURE ARE DIFFERNT WITH THE [PINEAPPLE TART WITH EGG], IT TASTE SUCH LIKE A BISCUIT AND DIDN'T HAVE A BUTTER FLAVOUR......
 
IN THIS RECIPE, FOR THOSE DIDN'T TAKING MILK PRODUCT, YOU MAY CHANGE IT TO SOYA MILK WITHOUT SUGAR OR MINERAL WATER.
在這食譜裡的材料,如您不是奶素者,那您可以把它換成無糖豆奶或者純礦泉水。
 
TBSP = TABLESPOON/湯匙
CUP = 1杯
 
材料/INGREDIENTS:
A)
馬芝淋/MARGARIN 130克/GM
幼糖/ CASTOR SUGAR 3湯匙/ 3TBSP/ 45克/GM
 
B) 篩/SIFTED
低筋麵粉/LOW PROTEIN FLOUR 3杯/3 CUPS/ 390GM
泡打粉/ DOUBLE ACTION BAKING POWDER 1湯匙/ 1 TBSP / 8克/GM
 
C)
***蒸發奶水/ EVAPORATED MILK 1/2 杯/ 1/2 CUP / 150克/GM
如果麵團太乾,那可以再加入少許的奶水或豆奶
做法/ METHOD:
  1. 將材料A打發。BEAT a TIL LIGHT.
  2.  
  3. 然後以交替方式將材料B和C加入打發馬芝淋里,然後拌成團即可。THEN, ADD IN b & c ALTERNATELY AND MIX UNTIL A DOUGH.
  4. 蓋上濕毛巾休面30分鐘,即可分割每個10克,或者直接用黃梨塔印擠出麵團把黃梨餡包入。REST ABOUT 30 MINS COVER BY WET TOWEL AND CUT TO EACH 10GM OR USE THE PIENAPPLE TART SKIN MOULD TO PRESS OUT....
  5. 以 160度,烘烤約20分鐘,每10分鐘轉烤盤。PREHEAT OVEN N BAKE IN 160 DEGREE CELCIUS ABOUT 20 MINUTES, EACH 10 MINUTES TURN THE PAN
  6. 在烘烤最後一分鐘,即可為素黃梨塔塗面了再繼續烘烤。。。LAST 1 MINUTE, TAKE OUT THE TART N BRUSH THE GLAZING AND CONTINUE BAKE FOR 1 MIN.
塗面材料/GLAZING INGREDIENT:

牛奶/豆奶/MILK/SOYA MILK 4湯匙/TBSP
黃金糖漿/蜜糖/ GOLDEN SYRUP / HONEY 2湯匙/ TBSP

混合均勻即可/ MIX WELL.

4) OUTSTATION DELIVERY WILL BE EXTRA CHARGE . PLEASE REFER TO OUR'S DELIVERY SERVICE COLUMN.

5) IF WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE FRUITS FOR THE CAKE TOPPING, PLEASE SPECIFIC WHEN GAVE THE ORDER AND THE CAKE PRICE WILL BE ADJUST ACCORDING TO THE FRESH FRUITS YOU'RE CHOOSING.

6) SOME FRUIT CAKES PRICE MIGHT BE ADJUST ACCORDING TO THE FRESH FRUITS MARKET PRICE.

7) ALL CAKE SIZES ARE START FROM 7", 9" & 11.5" OR CAKE WEIGHT START FROM 500gm, 1kg & 1.5kg.

8) ALL OUTSTATION DELIEVRY SURCHARGES IS ACCORDING TO COURRIER SERVICES CHARGERS.

9) MINIMUM ORDERING FOR COOKIES TO OUTSTATION DELIVERY* ARE 3 BOTTLES.

10) ALL OUTSTATION DELIEVRY CHARGES WILL BEAR BY CUSTOMER.

11) IF THE COOKIES ARE LOST WHEN SENDING, WE'LL TRY OUR BEST TO CLAIM TOTAL LOST FROM COURRIER SERVICES. AND, IF UNCLAIM THEN FruitART bakery ONLY PAY BACK 50% TO THE CUSTOMER FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF COOKIES IN BILL. (NOT INCLUDED COURRIER SERVICE CHARGE)***

12) ALL OUTSTATION DELIVERY PAYMENT MUST BE PAY 3 DAYS EARLY BEFORE COOKIES ARE SENDING OUT.

13) FruitART bakery RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER, ADJUST OR AMEND THE CAKE PRICES, TERM & CONSITION, DECORATION AND TOPPING AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
[ PAYMENT TERMS ]
To confirm an order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the balance or agreed amount is required. This will secure your requested date and cake order. The outstanding balance is due no later than 5days ( fondant cake / cupcake ) / 3days ( normal fresh cream cake ) before collection/delivery.
If you wish to have alterations that affect the cost, after this date, the balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer to: MAYBANK OR PBB BANK , WE'LL INBOX OR SMS YOU THE ACC. NUMBER AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER.
